Custom orders are accepted by Aashna’s Boutique and Accessories. However, for custom orders there will be some requirements to reach such as time, deposit, and understanding.
Time:
proper amount of time will be needed this means that we need at least 3 weeks to prepare the custom orders. Expanding on this, we will not accept orders if the allowed time frame is less than 4 weeks.
Deposit:
Ordering a custom outfit is a bit different from the ordering ready to wear clothes, here at Aashna’s Boutique & Accessories we require 20-25% of the deposit beforehand. This is to reduce the frequency of people ordering custom outfits then refusing to take them at the end, which then costs our boutique. So in order to prevent that, we require a 20-25% deposit. The deposit will not be given back at the end, as we calculate this from the order amount.
Understanding:
Please understand that your vision may not be 100% replicated, this is due to the unique craftsmanship of each person and the available materials that the time of production.
Price:
We will try our best to work around your budget and your inspiration, however, this does not mean that we can reach your exact inspiration at your exact budget. This means that the price may fall under or over your price budget. You will also need to pay additional for it to be shipped from our boutique in Australia to your home.
